THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR PROFESSIONAL STAFF

We believe that the most important qualities of our firm are the integrity, intelligence, initiative, competence and judgment of our people.  We seek to maintain and enhance these qualities by our requirements for independence and by our policies for hiring, assigning, supervising, developing and advancing our personnel.

All CPA's and professional staff attend continuing professional education courses for at least 40 hours each year.  The firm also conducts periodic staff meetings where we review accounting and tax matters which affect us and our clients.

According to our Career Path Program, our professional staff consists of partners, principals, mangers, senior accountants, staff accountants and staff assistants.  This program is our commitment toward the development and advancement of our professional staff.  Qualifications deemed necessary for the various levels of responsibility within the firm have been established.  Levels of responsibility inherent in the various staff classifications are clearly defined.

OUR STAFF PERFORMANCE IS CONTINUALLY EVALUATED

Staff members are encouraged to develop into outstanding professionals as quickly as possible.  With this thought in mind, the performance of our personnel is continuously evaluated, and personnel are periodically advised of their progress.

Our ability to attract well qualified accountants to our firm has resulted in an excellent staff committed to professional growth.
